Helping clients feel stronger, more energized and at home in their bodies - through movement nourishment and simple daily habits

Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m so glad you’re here
If there’s one thing I hope you discover while you’re here, it’s this: Feeling good in your body doesn’t have to be complicated. Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember—but more importantly, it’s always been how I’ve connected with myself. As a little girl, I danced for hours. At the time, I didn’t realize I was doing something much bigger than learning choreography. I was processing emotions, releasing tension, and finding joy through movement. Long before I had the words for it, movement was my medicine. My hope is that you discover your own version of that—not through dance necessarily, but through movement that helps you feel more connected, more energized, and more at home in your body.

Where It Began
I began ballet training at just four years old, the same year I was cast in my first commercial. Modeling and movement became woven into the fabric of my childhood, and I quite literally grew up in studios. Some of my earliest memories are of dance floors, rehearsals, and learning how incredibly powerful the human body can be.
As I grew older, I was fortunate to be accepted into two of the country’s most respected dance programs—The University of North Carolina School of the Arts and Purchase College. It was exciting, inspiring, and incredibly demanding. That chapter taught me something I’ll never forget.

I went on to earn my 200-hour yoga teacher certification through Kripalu, followed by certifications in restorative yoga, yin yoga, breathwork, and comprehensive Pilates. Pilates has always held a special place in my heart—I actually grew up with a reformer in my home, so I’ve been practicing it for more than 30 years.
Over the years, my work has continued to evolve.
Today, I combine posture education, Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and nourishing lifestyle habits to help people move better, restore their energy, and feel stronger in their everyday lives.
Whether you’re dealing with poor posture, low energy, stress, or simply feeling disconnected from your body, I’m here to help you build simple habits that support you for the long term.
Because I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t about pushing harder.

It’s about listening more closely.
You won’t find extreme workouts or an all-or-nothing approach here.
Instead, you’ll find practical tools, thoughtful guidance, and simple habits that support your body—not punish it. I want you to leave every class, every program, and every resource feeling a little taller, breathing a little deeper, and trusting your body a little more than you did before.
Whether we’re improving posture, creating nourishing meals, learning to breathe more deeply, or simply taking a walk outside, my hope is always the same: To help you feel stronger, more energized, and more connected to your body so you can show up more fully in your life.
Because when you feel good in your body, everything else begins to feel possible.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll probably find me wandering the grocery store looking for seasonal ingredients, testing new recipes, enjoying a long walk outside, or spending time with the people I love. If you’ve found your way here, I hope you’ll stay awhile.
Whether you’re joining me for a posture program, stepping onto a Pilates mat, trying one of my recipes, or simply looking for a healthier way to move through life, I’m honored to be part of your journey. Let’s help you feel stronger, move with confidence, and create a body that supports the life you want to live.
Welcome—I can’t wait to meet you.
My Philosophy
No two bodies are the same. The way you hold tension, move, and breathe is entirely your own — and your programme should reflect that.
Lasting change doesn't come from extreme effort. It comes from 15 minutes of intentional movement, repeated daily, over time.
How you carry your body affects how you feel, how you breathe, how you're perceived — and how much space you allow yourself to take up.

I believe wellness should feel supportive—not stressful.
